Tickets¶

Tickets are on sale!

We are continuing our work on conference accessibility, and this will again be a hybrid conference, including virtual tickets.

Included with the in-person ticket:

• Entry to all conference events and activities, including Writing Day

• Snacks and drinks on conference days (Monday and Tuesday)

• Social Event with light snacks and drinks

• Wifi throughout the event

• Meeting lots of fantastic people in a spacious, inviting venue.

Virtual tickets include:

• Live streaming for all talks and Q&A sessions on the main stage

• The ability to submit live Q&A questions for speakers

• Virtual hallway track and chat so you can network with other remote attendees

In-person ticket options:

• Student or Unemployed Tickets: €75

• Independent Tickets: €290

• Corporate Tickets: €490

In-person tickets also include access to the Writing Day.

Virtual ticket options:

• Student or Unemployed Tickets: €30

• Independent Tickets: €85

• Corporate Tickets: €155

Opportunity Grants¶

As always, we try to keep ticket prices low so that the event is accessible to the widest range of people. However, if the cost of our tickets or travel expenses are an issue for you, you can apply to our Opportunity Grant program.

As a hybrid event, you can choose whether you want to attend in-person or virtually. We are limiting reimbursements to € 500 per person (not including conference ticket cost), to allow us to support more people.

You can apply until June 29, 2026 on our website.

Call for Proposals¶

The Call for Proposals is still open, until 11:59 PM June 01, 2026 CEST.

We’re all looking forward to seeing you on stage in-person in Europe again. Read our full Call for Proposals, and submit your talk on the website.

And remember, we’re also opening up a few talk slots for pre-recorded videos for remote speakers, so if you can’t make it to Berlin on Sep 6-8, 2026 you can still submit your proposal.
